Lavrenchuk O. Measures of procedural coercion in the general system of administrative sanctions

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of measures of procedural coercion as a type of administrative sanctions and measures of administrative coercion. It has been found that the main problems that prevent the use of the term “administrative sanction” both at the theoretical and practical levels are: 1) the lack of comprehensive research that would offer a scientifically sound and internally consistent system of sanctions, enshrined in the rules administrative law; 2) irresponsible use of terminology in national legislation, which continues to create conditions for the unsystematic perception of the concept of “administrative sanctions” by scientists, lawyers, law enforcement agencies and ordinary citizens.
