The dissertation is devoted to revealing the peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of the procedure of bringing a judge to disciplinary responsibility in Ukraine, identifying the shortcomings of legal acts that regulate its individual stages, and identifying areas for improvement of current legislation in this area. The paper clarifies the concept, features, content and administrative and legal component of the procedure for bringing a judge to disciplinary responsibility. The grounds and procedures for bringing a judge to disciplinary responsibility are identified and the state of their legal support is determined.
