Thesis is devoted to theoretical problems of administrative procedures in the field of protection of environment and natural resources, substantiation of necessity of introduction in the national legal field of a category “administrative procedures in the field of protection of environment and natural resources”; ensuring the comprehensiveness of measures in the process of implementation of international norms in domestic legislation. The genesis of scientific development of administrative procedures in the field of environmental protection and natural resources is clarified. The concepts and features of administrative procedures in the field of environmental protection and natural resources are defined.
