Essay

The theoretical generalization is provided within the information-legal concept in the thesis. Also, the new decision of a scientific problem is offered, which consists of regularities and features revealing of book-publishing activity legal regulation in digital conditions. The results of the thesis research complement the theoretical provisions of information law as a holistic system – this helps developing provisions on the peculiarities of the legal regulation of certain types of information activities, in particular – publishing and library (in part).
