Essay

The author has outlined the system of subjects for providing administrative services in Ukraine and has established the place and specific features of the centers for providing administrative services among them. The legal regulation of the activity of the centers for providing administrative service has been characterized and the place of administrative legislation within legal regulation has been determined. The administrative and legal status of the centers for providing administrative service has been revealed. The author has provided characteristics of organizational and staff structure of the centers for providing administrative services. The tasks and functions of the centers for providing administrative service have been clarified. The essence and types of administrative powers of the centers for providing administrative service have been determined. The author has generalized international experience of legal support of the activities of the centers for providing administrative services and has worked out the possibilities of its application in Ukraine. Ways of improving the interaction and coordination between the subjects that provide administrative services in Ukraine have been established. The author has worked out the areas for the improvement of administrative legislation, which regulates the activities of the centers for providing administrative services.
