Alnaeri F. Reconfiguration self-healing system segment of the telecommunication network

The dissertation research is devoted to the solution of an actual scientific and applied problem of theoretical substantiation and development of models and methods of reconfiguration of a self - healing segment of a telecommunication network based on a complex topological structure of models and methods of a self - healing network segment reconfiguration improvement. The object of the study is the process of computing resources allocation of the segment in the telecommunications network, which is self-healing. The purpose of the dissertation is to increase the efficiency of using computing resources of the self-healing segment of the telecommunications network to meet the requirements for quality service. The models developed in the work, as well as the developed and improved methods are a scientific and practical basis for further improvement of the software of telecommunication networks with the possibility of self-healing.
