Posvystak O. Criminal proceedings against a separate category of persons.

The dissertation has produced new findings in the form of scientific conclusions on criminal proceedings against a particular category of persons, the existing problems of law enforcement in this category of criminal proceedings and scientific substantiation of approaches on how to overcome them. In the course of the research, the issues of differentiation of the criminal procedure in criminal proceedings against a separate category of persons were revealed and the essential features of these proceedings were identified. The world experience of legal regulation of criminal proceedings against a separate category of persons is highlighted. The work provides a scientific analysis of topical issues arising in law enforcement activities in criminal proceedings against a particular category of persons, in particular, the beginning of pre-trial investigation, investigative (search) and covert investigative (search) activities, the use of measures to ensure criminal proceedings, reporting of suspicion, in particular the serving of a written notice of suspicion on the specified category of persons after its drafting and signing by authorized persons, a list of which is defined in Article 481 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the service to the suspect of a written notice of suspicion which had previously been given to him in the manner provided for in the Code of Criminal Procedure for the service of communications.
