The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and offers a solution to an important scientific and applied problem, which consists in the development of conceptual, theoretical and methodological and practical recommendations for the process of forming a mechanism of economic security in the publishing industry. The obtained scientific results will help increase economic security in the publishing industry of the national economy.
A conceptual model of the mechanism of economic security in the publishing industry has been developed, which produces a multicomponent system of coordination between interacting elements and through structural and functional application of methods, levers and tools characterized by parametric and permanent links, which will promote the formation and publishing industry, taking into account the influence of controlled and uncontrolled factors. The conceptual basis and approaches to the process of forming the mechanism of economic security in the publishing industry, which are supplemented by theoretical and methodological foundation for the formation of intra-industry policy of regulation and management of economic security in the publishing industry in transformational conditions, taking into account the influence of controlled and uncontrolled factors, which will contribute to the effectiveness of the process of forming a mechanism of economic security of the publishing industry.
Methodical support of diagnosing within the procedure of formation of the mechanism of economic safety in the publishing branch is developed. The methodological support takes into account the synthesized elements that focus on the knowledge of financial, economic and social threats in the intra-industry environment in order to identify pathological changes in the publishing industry. Methodological support is based on a model of comprehensive study of constructive or destructive impact of factors on sectoral economic security, which will track their dynamics, the state of intra-industry processes and phenomena in the relationship, give them an objective and unbiased assessment, explore direct and inverse relationships between factors, processes, phenomena and elements that affect the economic security of the publishing industry. Improved approaches to modeling indicators of economic security assessment in the publishing industry, which provide a comprehensive multilateral study of the impact of controlled and uncontrolled factors on the intra-industry environment, processes and conditions of mobilization of innovation and investment sources to increase and improve economic security indicators of the publishing industry, based on the definition of typological features and taking into account intra-industry economic disparities, which will ensure the formation of optimal instrumental support for assessing the mechanism of economic security of the publishing industry under the condition of structural and functional changes in the intra-industry environment. Theoretical and methodological principles of systematic structuring of factors influencing the economic security of the publishing industry are proposed, which take into account the compositional features and properties of permanent and variable factors and focus on the process of providing dynamic decomposition of targets, in order to timely identify and neutralize dangerous phenomena for constant monitoring and control of destabilizing factors, taking into account their impact on economic security. The system characteristic of indicators and criteria of economic security in the publishing industry is substantiated.
