Object - processes of realization of energy-saving innovation projects in the development of territories. Purpose is to deepen the theoretical and methodological groundings and develop scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the evaluation of the effectiveness of energy-saving innovation projects in the development of territories. Methods - analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization and formal logic, system approach, classification, statistical analysis, graphical. Results are realized by improving the theory and practice of evaluation of energy-saving innovations in the development of territories, which will allow to evaluate the effectiveness of energy-saving innovation projects of construction organizations to ensure effective management decisions. Novelty lies in the improvement and further development of theoretical groundings and methodical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of energy-saving innovations of construction companies in the development of territories.
