Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the development of scientific and practical foundations for the creation and study of device heteroepitaxy structures based on A3B5 solid solutions and the development on their basis of optoelectronic modules for fiber-optic information transmission systems. In this work, by the method of high-corrosive X-ray diffractometry, parameters of instrument heterostructures based on A3B5 solid solutions (crystal lattice perfection, epitaxial layer thickness, plane composition uniformity), including laser structures and superlattices obtained by liquid-phase and gas-phase epitaxy methods. A methodology and hardware and software for the process of optical matching between active optoelectronic components (laser diode, light-emitting diode, photodiode) and optical fiber with minimal losses have been developed. To ensure accurate positioning of the optical fiber, an optical coordinator was developed based on the original position-sensitive matrix. Depending on the functional purpose, a whole line of transceiver modules was developed.
