Korniiko S. Administrative and Legal Regulation of Expert Activities in the Field of Computer Technologies in Ukraine.

Thesis studies the legal nature of the administrative and legal regulation of expert activities in the field of computer technologies and analyzes the state of scientific development of the specified scientific problem. The author states from his own position that the administrative and legal regulation of expert activity in the field of computer technology is formed on the basis of a specific object of an expert research – computer technologies. The paper determines that the material and procedural administrative and legal norms have a direct impact on the administrative and legal regulation of. An attention is focused on the fact that the administrative and legal means regulating public relations in the studied area are: certification of subjects that wish to become experts for the implementation, including examinations in the field of computer technologies, accreditation of specialized state expert organizations, certification of computers and computer technologies, validation, which is an assessment of the suitability of the use of methodological materials for the examination in the field of computer technologies, as well as administrative coercion and liability for violation of expert activities in the field of computer technologies.
