Object - the process of marketing activities of industrial enterprises. Purpose is to develop theoretical and methodical groundings as well as scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a system for evaluating marketing activities of industrial enterprises on the basis of the main principles of the concept of a balanced system of indicators. Methods - induction and deduction, system analysis, modeling, graphical, SWOT, functional-cost analysis. Results are realized by improving the theory and practice of evaluating marketing activities of industrial enterprises in terms of forming a balanced system of indicators of marketing activities, which will generate information for effective management decisions. Novelty lies in deepening theoretical and methodical groundings and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a system for evaluating marketing activities of industrial enterprises. Introduced into the activities of PJSC "Mykolayivcement", PJSC "Podilsky Cement", PJSC "Ivano-Frankivskcement", West Ukrainian National University. Sphere of implementation - the activities of industrial enterprises.
