Sytnyk T. Mechanisms of realization of the state social and economic policy in the period of epidemiological threats.

Object of research: public-power relations in the period of epidemiological threats. The thesis objective is scientific and theoretical substantiation of the administrative approaches formation on counteraction to pandemic influences and development of practical recommendations for public authorities on realization of mechanisms of the state social and economic policy in the period of epidemiological threats. Methods: of abstraction, concretization and generalization of theoretical positions of scientific resources; factor analysis; terminological analysis; modeling method; prognostic analysis of systemic changes; observation; comparison; generalization; quantitative analysis; criterion analysis. Results: a scientific task in the field of public administration which is to substantiate the scientific and theoretical foundations and provide practical recommendations for public authorities to implement the state social and economic policy in the period of epidemiological threats Novelty: mechanisms for the implementation of the state social and economic policy in the period of epidemiological threats have been developed, namely: normative, economic, organizational, social, informational and political with the appropriate content mechanisms; improved: the organizational methodology and principles of the state social and economic policy formation in the period of epidemiological threats by defining the modern tendencies; theoretical approaches to the essence of the state social and economic policy formation in the period of pandemic effects in terms of isolating its functional components; conceptual directions of the regulatory framework reformation and the state socio-economic policy transformation in the period of epidemiological threats; further developed: scientifically sound methodological approaches based on the coordination of the interests of the subjects of the state socio-economic policy, outlining the list of managerial functions and assigning them to each developed implementation mechanism; generalization of foreign experience of socio-economic policy in the period of epidemiological threats, which has actualized the issue global awareness; directions of reformation and essential content of national and regional socio-economic and humanitarian programs on the issue of combating epidemics. Implemented in the activities of: Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Lviv Association of Deputies; All-Ukrainian Academy of Sciences of Public Administration; Association of Employers of Lviv region. Areas of use: public administration, local authorities and self-government, public organizations.
