Essay

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of conceptual bases, perfection of theoretical and methodical approaches and practical recommendations on formation of strategy of development of subjects of tourist business of territorial communities. The review of current works of scientists defines the interpretation of the concepts of «tourism entrepreneurship», «tourism», «strategy», «territorial communities» based on the establishment of their relationship, relationships and differences between them and the proposed author's definition. The strategy of development of subjects of tourist business of territorial communities is defined as the complex program of actions directed on realization of mission of territorial community and achievement of its multiple purposes. entrepreneurship of territorial communities and determined the place of tourism entrepreneurship in their local economic development on the example of Cherkasy region, studied trends in the main types of tourism entrepreneurship and their resource and infrastructure, analyzed development strategies of tourism entrepreneurs of territorial communities. The system of business environment for the development of tourism entities has been improved and identified its main factors: development of tourism development strategy on a participatory basis; implementation of measures to deregulate business activities, including tourism, to eliminate administrative barriers, simplify administrative permitting procedures and create favorable conditions for the development of tourism; assist in attracting investment in the tourism business; to involve young people and other segments of the population in tourist activities; to implement modern programs of retraining and advanced training; expand and improve the existing business development infrastructure. Substantiated system of communications - between the community and the subjects of tourist activity, which consists of the introduction of a system of electronic services for the tourist business; creation of a separate section "For business entities" on the official website of the community for current and future entrepreneurs, which will contain the necessary information about starting and running a business, operational information on changes in relevant regulations, etc.; publication of information on grant and credit opportunities in the relevant section; analysis of business needs in certain elements of infrastructure (survey); monitoring the emergence of new grant and credit opportunities and regular information to entrepreneurs; conducting trainings and social educational activities among children and adolescents, etc. It is determined that one of the marketing tools for the development of tourism businesses in local communities and ensuring their competitiveness is a tourist card. In the dissertation the tourist map «Zhashkiv» is developed, which will increase the attractiveness of the tourist destination, increase the tourist flow of individual tourists, and hence income from tourism in the hospitality industry. catering and retail.
