Melnychenko A. Administrative and Legal Principles of Counteracting Organized Crime in Ukraine

The object of research is the legal relations that arise in the process of implementing measures aimed at combating organized crime. The purpose of the study is to determine the essence, content and disclosure of the features of the administrative and legal framework for combating organized crime in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the dissertation is based on general scientific and special methods of scientific research: logical-semantic, analytical, comparative-legal, documentary analysis, classification, systematization, modeling and forecasting. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: the author's definition of the concept of administrative and legal counteraction to organized crime is offered; the classification of organizational measures to combat organized crime was carried out; improved classification of subjects of combating organized crime. Degree of implementation: in the research sphere - for further consideration of theoretical and applied problems related to ensuring the fight against organized crime in Ukraine; in law-making - as a basis for the development of new and improvement of existing regulations, the provisions of which create the organizational and legal framework for combating organized crime in Ukraine; in law enforcement activities - in order to improve certain forms and methods of combating organized crime in Ukraine. Scope of use: in the educational process - during the preparation of textbooks and scientific and methodological materials in the disciplines "Administrative Law and Procedure", "Administrative Responsibility", "Qualification of Administrative Offenses", "Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine"; they are already used in the course of classes in these disciplines at Sumy State University.
