Dmytrenko O. Administrative and Legal Provision of the Interaction between the Subjects Combating Corruption in Ukraine

The object of the study is public relations that arise in the process of interaction between the subjects of anti-corruption in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to determine the nature, content and features of administrative and legal support of interaction between the subjects of anti-corruption in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the dissertation is based on general scientific and special methods of scientific research: comparative law, system-functional, system-structural, logical-semantic, logical-legal, as well as grouping, analysis, synthesis and generalization. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: the levels of interaction between the subjects of anti-corruption are determined; in order to establish high-quality cooperation between the subjects of anti-corruption in Ukraine, it is proposed to establish an Interdepartmental Coordination Commission for Combating Corruption; The importance of establishing a Training Center for employees of specially authorized anti-corruption entities for the purpose of their training, education, advanced training, joint trainings, seminars, conferences and other educational and scientific events is substantiated. Degree of implementation: in the research sphere - for further consideration of theoretical and applied problems related to ensuring cooperation between the subjects of anti-corruption in Ukraine; in law-making - as a basis for the development of new and improvement of existing regulations, the provisions of which create the organizational and legal framework for cooperation between the subjects of anti-corruption in Ukraine; in law enforcement activities - in order to improve certain forms and methods of interaction between anti-corruption actors in Ukraine. Scope of use: in the educational process - during the preparation of textbooks and scientific and methodological materials in the disciplines "Administrative Law and Procedure", "Administrative Responsibility", "Qualification of Administrative Offenses", "Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine"; they are already used in the course of classes in these disciplines at Sumy State University.
