Stetsiuk V. Legal regulation of public credit in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of scientific and theoretical bases and development of practical recommendations for improving the legal regulation of state credit of Ukraine, development of the conceptual apparatus of financial law. In order to improve the legal regulation of state credit, proposals to the budget legislation of Ukraine have been developed. Proposals have been developed for legislative protection of the rights of state creditors by going to court. The author’s vision of the state debt policy and public debt management is formed. The adoption of the main provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Fundamentals of Financial Policy» is scientifically substantiated and proposed. The author’s approach to the formation of the state debt strategy and the definition of its directions has been developed, government securities.
