The dissertation is devoted to the definition of administrative and legal bases of formation and realization of the state policy in the field of information protection, and also to formulation of perspective directions of perfection of the administrative legislation in this part. There is outlined range of tasks, principles and main directions of formation and implementation of the state policy in the field of information protection of Ukraine. There was revealed content of the legal basis for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of information protection of Ukraine. The formulated notion and identified structure of the administrative and legal mechanism for the implementation of state policy in the field of information protection of Ukraine. There is outlined system of subjects of realization of the state policy in the field of information protection of Ukraine. There are determined forms and methods of implementation of the state policy in the field of information protection of Ukraine. The have been clarified range and content of administrative procedures of the implementation of state policy in the field of information protection of Ukraine. The were formulated progressive ways of improving the administrative and legal mechanism of formation and implementation of state policy in the field of information protection in Ukraine. The reasonably scientific and theoretical conclusions and practical proposals aimed at improving the legislation, the rules of which regulate the instrumental and procedural component of the administrative and legal regulation of the mechanism of formation and implementation of state policy in the field of information protection.
