The dissertation research defines the characteristics of administrative proceedings, clarifies its essence and legal nature, determines the content and boundaries of jurisdictional activities, identifies features that distinguish between administrative proceedings and other forms of proceedings, characterizes the subject and principles of administration of justice by administrative courts. legal disputes. The issues of organizational, personnel and information support of administrative proceedings are studied, the importance of proper organization of functioning of administrative courts for ensuring a high level of efficiency of administrative proceedings is emphasized. In order to establish the level of efficiency, criteria for determining the status of indicators of quality and efficiency of administrative proceedings are formed, as well as an analysis of judicial statistics to determine general indicators that characterize the level of organization and implementation of administrative proceedings. The directions of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of administrative proceedings are reflected.
