The object of the study is the process of planning and regulating the risks of investing in housing construction. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical, methodological, scientific and applied principles of planning and regulation of investing risks in housing construction. The author used the following methods: theoretical generalization, grouping, analysis, dynamic, statistical and comparative analysis, structural-logical analysis, calculation-analytical and graphical methods. The theoretical value of the results of the dissertation is to study the theoretical foundations of planning and risk management of investment in housing. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: the model of financing of housing construction is developed, the system of indicators of risk assessment of investing in housing construction is improved. the definition of the concept of "risk of investing in housing construction", methodical bases of planning of risks of projects of construction of residential buildings are developed. The subject of the research is theoretical-methodical and scientific-practical principles of planning and regulation of risks that arise when investing in housing construction. The author's recommendations are used to improve the process of planning and regulating the risks of investing in housing construction. The scope of the author's recommendations is the national economy.
