Theoretical substantiation is given and the provisions on generalization of a role and value of corporate control in system of distribution of the economic power in joint-stock company are developed. It is proved that the formation and structuring of the system of economic power is determined by the dominant institutional basis for the establishment and distribution of property rights, which characterize the ability of individual agents and groups to influence decisions on the distribution and use of resources and wealth, creation and distribution of goods and production results. It is established that the manifestations of specific properties of corporate business organization acquire exceptional importance in the formation of the system of economic power in joint-stock companies. The peculiarities of the emergence of corporate control, due to the general capital structure of the company and the configuration of relations between key participants in corporate cooperation, which directly affect the behavior of the subjects of the relationship. The basic variants of the structure of shareholder ownership are determined, which determine certain models of corporate control. An assessment of the impact of the dynamics of integration processes in the joint-stock sector of the national economy on changes in the distribution of corporate control in joint-stock companies is given. The peculiarities and requirements for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of state regulation of market concentration and corporate integration are identified. The methodological features of assessing the level of concentration and monopolization of the economy are generalized, the characteristics of indicators of concentration of market power are systematized. Methodological provisions for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of state regulation of market concentration and corporate integration have been developed. The directions and purposes of realization of the state policy in the field of regulation of competitive relations and corporate economic integration are defined. The preconditions for the emergence and systematization of typical scenarios for the development of corporate conflict situations related to the implementation of economic integration processes in joint stock companies are summarized. Methodical support of complex assessment of the market competitive situation at substantiation of alternatives of economic integration of joint-stock company is formed. Approaches to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the distribution of corporate control in the economic integration of the company, Recommendations for assessing the quality of management functions by persons representing the interests of shareholders in the highest governing bodies of the company. An approach to harmonizing the interests of corporate control entities and preventing the escalation of conflicts of stakeholder goals using reflexive management tools has been developed. A methodical approach have been developed to ensure that the balance of corporate control is secured in the event of successful operations and economic integration of shareholder partnerships. The state of the art of regulation technology has been transformed into more important management bodies of the joint-stock partnership in the minds of corporate integration. The scientific and practical approach has been added to the selection of tools for prohibiting corporate conflicts in the field of integration processes in joint ventures.
