Lozova T. Theoretical and methodological of fruit and berry products market logistic development bases of Ukraine

Object: The process of logistical development of the fruit and berry market. Objective: Development of theoretical and methodological principles and scientific and applied provisions for the logistical development of the market of fruit and berry products of Ukraine. Research methods: dialectical and abstract-logical; classification and analytical; economic and statistical analysis; methods of synthesis and groupings; graphic methods; logical. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical basis of formation of logistic chains of agri-food markets is developed; conceptual and methodological principles of logistics development of agri-food markets; methodical provisions for assessing the functioning and development of logistics chains of fruit and berry markets; structural model of the cooperative chain of the fruit and berries market with the inclusion of multifunctional cooperatives and a logistics center; structural structure of the wholesale market of agricultural products with the inclusion of branded retail stores, representative offices of various stakeholders and logistics and information center; mechanisms and measures to regulate the logistics development of the Ukrainian market of fruit and berry products. The application of developments and recommendations will increase the efficiency of market logistics, ensure access of individual producers to the profitable link of distribution and sale of products, optimize the value added chain. Scientific novelty: Development of theoretical provisions and scientific and methodological approaches to the logistical development of the market of fruit and berry products in Ukraine. Degree of implementation: acts of implementation of research results from: Department of Agrarian Policy of the Odessa Regional State Administration (act № 79/02/81 of 25.01.2018), LLC "Resens" (act of implementation № 7 of 11.04.2018); Columbus International LLC (implementation act № 16 of 02.05.2018); LLC "Veles-Agro-LTD" (act of implementation №8 of 25.11.2020). Some provisions of the dissertation are used in the educational process of PJSC "University" Interregional Academy of Personnel Management "during the teaching of the discipline "Logistics" (act of implementation №81 of 09.07.2021), as well as PE "Institute of Professional Technologies" in teaching the following disciplines: "Logistics", "Marketing Mix" and "Management" (act № 1/01/21-1 of 01.07.2021).
