Drobot S. Management of development of the atomic-industrial complex of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and substantiation of practical recommendations for development management of the atomic-industrial complex. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of branch development management is investigated. The author's interpretation of the concept of «industry development» is offered. A sequence for controlling the development of the atomic-industrial complex has been developed. The methodical approach to the assessment of the development of the atomic-industrial complex is proposed and its approbation is carried out, as a result of which the level and type of development of the atomic-industrial complex are determined. The methodical approach to the assessment of environmental impact is substantiated and its stochastic and deterministic influence on the development of the atomic-industrial complex is established. An approach to forecasting the development of the atomic-industrial complex has been formed and, taking into account the forecasted influence of development determinants, scenarios of innovation-oriented development of the atomic-industrial complex are determined. A matrix of formation of managerial decisions is constructed, the use of which allows substantiating the approach to formation and character of managerial decision in the field of development of atomic industry, which is aimed at minimizing deviation of value of integrated development indicator from target value.
