Toropchenko N. Mechanism of encourage of investment support for the national economy’s balanced development

In the research the theoretical bases were deepened, approaches and recommendations for the formation of the investment maintenance mechanism of balanced development of national economy were improved. The essential components of the national economy development were studied, the role, nature and types of imbalances were determined in it. The scientific approach to investment support of balance of economic development of national economy was deepened. The methodological approach to the assessment of investment support for the balanced development of the national economy was improved. Effective approaches to investment support of economic development were defined considering effects. New data on the relationship between investment and growth, empirical confirmation of the Fieldstein-Horioka paradox, characteristics of imbalances in the territorial and sectoral structure of investment in Ukraine were obtained. Scenarios for achieving balanced development of the economy of Ukraine and the corresponding priorities of investment support were determined and proposals for improving the mechanism of investment support for balanced development of the national economy were formed.
