In the dissertation the complex research of legal, theoretical and organizational- tactical bases of criminalistic maintenance of investigation of corruption criminal offenses which are made in the field of housing construction in view of normative provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation is carried out. The characteristics of corruption criminal offenses in the field of housing construction are given and the structure of forensic characteristics is developed, in particular the subject of criminal encroachment and methods, situation, trace and typology of persons committing such criminal offenses are outlined. The circumstances to be established in the criminal proceedings are detailed and the typical investigative situations, versions, tactical tasks of the initial stage of the investigation are specified. The tactics of conducting certain investigative (search) actions and measures to ensure criminal proceedings during the investigation of corruption offenses committed in the field of housing construction have been formed. Difficulties in the organizational support and practice of tactical and forensic support of covert investigative (search) actions during the investigation of such crimes have been revealed. Prospects for the development of the use of special knowledge and the appointment of forensic examinations are outlined.
