Honcharenko D. Development of the high-tech production of Ukraine in the context of European integration (for example in the pharmaceutical industry)

The object of research - development of Ukraine’s high-technology pharmaceutical manufacture in the context of European economic integration; goal - Synthesis of theoretical approaches, development of methodological tools and practical recommendations for ensuring the development of Ukraine’s high-technology pharmaceutical manufacture in the context of European integration; methods – analysis and synthesis, statistical comparisons, groupings; logic-dialectic method; method of comparative analysis, particularly of a comparative historical nature; functional; systemic-structural; statistical methods; graphic; results – synthesis of theoretical approaches and justification of the methodological and regulatory bases for the development of the Ukrainian State University of Ukraine in the context of European integration; elaboration of the conceptual bases for the development of the Ukrainian State University: regulatory-legal and institutional-organizational changes; identification of strategic priorities and mechanisms for their implementation; novelty - a well-founded conceptual approach prior to: the formation of a dualist State policy and strategy for the development of the high-tech pharmaceutical production of Ukraine, based on synergies and complementary policies between drug and industrial policies; define the priorities and programs objectives of the policy for the development of Ukraine’s high-tech pharmaceutical production based on the principles of multi-dimensionality and comprehensiveness, including the development and production not only of drugs and medical products, but also pharmaceutical ingredients, fillers and packaging materials, equipment and equipment for pharmaceutical production. The methodological approach to the analysis of the activities of high-technology industries in the area of foreign trade dependence of high-technology pharmaceutical production has been improved: analytical tools have been developed, based on the List of high-tech medical and pharmaceutical intermediate and consumer goods, indicators and their calculation formulas; degree of implementation - the results of the study were introduced into the practice of regulatory support of industrial policy by the legislative and executive authorities; scope (area) of use - economic, pharmaceutical, industrial policy, management of national economic development in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as training in specialized higher educational establishments in Ukraine.
