The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of regulation of administrative services in the field of state registration of real property rights to immovable property in Ukraine in the context of decentralization. Characterized concept of administrative service, defined its characteristic features. Defined concept, as well as the current state of legal regulation of administrative services for state registration of real rights to immovable property. Formulated characteristic features of the procedure for providing administrative services for the state registration of real rights to immovable property, was investigated and indicated stages of such a procedure. Has been established a system of subjects for the provision of administrative services for the state registration of real property rights of immovable property. Was made an analysis of decentralization processes in Ukraine and its impact on the provision of administrative services in the field of state registration of real property rights. is Described current state of legal regulation of control functions in the field of state registration of real rights to immovable property. Also offered specific proposals and recommendations for improving the legislation of Ukraine related to issues of administrative services in the field of state registration of real property rights to immovable property in Ukraine in the context of decentralization.
