The object of study is the photodynamic process under conditions of different states of tissue oxygenation. The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of photodynamic therapy of tumors by introducing additional prognostic load (sample) for automated determination of initial energy parameters of optical radiation by assessing the response of the microcirculatory tract and development of optoelectronic device for oxymetrically corrected photodynamic therapy of tumors. Research methods: methods based on the basic provisions of systems analysis and theory of biomedical devices, mathematical modeling for analysis and circuit implementation, computer processing of biomedical information, spectrophotometric methods; methods of experimental oncology; methods of photodynamic and photothermal antitumor therapy using laser equipment; statistical methods. Theoretical results: The method of optical tissue oximetry with registration of diffuse reflection spectroscopy by biological medium in vivo visible and near infrared, which is realized within the mismatch of the axes of the radiating and receiving fibers, which allows to optimize the required amount of or change the photodetection process; for the first time a mathematical model of behavior of homeostasis system to maintain tissue oxygenation under pulsed stress was developed, and the boundary conditions of its adaptive response were determined, which in relation to photodynamic therapy highlights the relationship between irradiation power density and ability to maintain adequate tissue oxygenation; for the first time a mathematical model with two aperiodic links in the system of simulation computer simulation SIMULINK software environment MATLAB was proposed, which allowed to formulate technical requirements for formalization of technical recommendations in the development of optoelectronic device for oximetric-corrected photodynamic therapy of tumors and its components. The practical results consist in the complex applied orientation of the obtained results, which are used for automated determination of the initial energy parameters of optical radiation by estimating the response of the microcirculatory tract with subsequent oximetrically corrected photodynamic therapy of tumors; development of an optoelectronic device for oximetrically corrected photodynamic therapy of tumors. Degree of implementation - the results of the dissertation are recommended for implementation in the State Institution "Institute of Neurosurgery named after acad. A.P. Romodanov of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine ", introduced into the practice of private enterprise" Photonics Plus "and in the educational process of Vinnytsia National Technical University in teaching the relevant disciplines. Sphere (branch) of use - medicine.
