Essay

The object of research is the process of psychophysiological testing and selection of operators of remote-controlled devices. The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of psychophysiological selection of operators of remotely controlled devices by creating a method and means of psychophysiological testing, analysis and evaluation of the results of selection of operators of remotely controlled devices. Research methods: methods of psychoanalysis and psychodiagnostics - to build a psychophysiological model of the operator with remote-controlled devices; functional diagnostics - to determine the physiological condition of candidates and their stress resistance; mathematical modeling - in the construction of information-structural models; methods of system analysis for designing the architecture of software and hardware of psychophysiological selection of operators by remote-controlled devices; theories of digital signal processing - in the development of sensors of physiological parameters and algorithms for their operation; fuzzy set theory - in the construction of mathematical models for testing and selection of operators by remote-controlled devices; elements of mathematical statistics to process the results of the proposed method and evaluate its effectiveness. Theoretical results: for the first time a psychophysiological model of the operator of remote-controlled devices was developed, the feature of which is a comprehensive consideration of professionally important qualities of the operator, assessment of fine motor skills, spatial thinking and stress resistance, which increases the efficiency of operator control; for the first time the automated method of psychophysiological selection of operators of remotely controlled devices is offered, which by using a multilevel algorithmic structure to automate the selection process allows to assess the candidate's suitability for the position of operator of remotely controlled devices; further developed a mathematical model for evaluating the process of psychophysiological testing, which, unlike existing ones, takes into account psychological and physiological components, as well as their interaction during psychological testing and determining the level of fine motor skills, which increased the reliability of professional selection for remote control operators. The practical results are the development of theoretical foundations for the selection of operators of remote-controlled devices and the construction of software and hardware, as well as the creation of software and hardware to automate the process of psychophysiological selection of operators of remote-controlled devices and hardware of psychophysiological selection of operators of remote-controlled devices. which makes it possible to determine the level of development of fine motor skills. Degree of implementation - the results of the dissertation work are implemented in the practical activities of the private enterprise "VINAEROGIS"; in the educational process of Vinnytsia National Technical University in teaching the relevant disciplines. Sphere (branch) of use – medicine.
