Sodomora R. Corruption risks: administrative and legal bases of counteraction

The dissertation is devoted to the systematic and complex research of administrative and legal bases of counteraction to corruption risks in Ukraine. The content of corruption risks and their significance for the anti-corruption mechanism are revealed. Corruption risks are classified. The factors of corruption risks in the public sphere are researched and analyzed. It is proposed to combine the less valuable causes of corruption risks into more general groups depending on the factors underlying the occurrence of these risks. Thus, it is proposed to divide the causes of corruption risks into the causes caused by organizational and managerial, economic, social, legal and political factors, as well as other secondary prerequisites for the possible manifestation of corrupt behavior. The description of theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of corruption risks is given.
