Essay

The dissertation for the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences, in the specialty 05.03.05 – Processes and machines for pressure treatment. – Mikhail Ostrogradsky Kremenchug National University, Kremenchug, 2021. The dissertation work is aimed at improving the designs of elastomeric compensators against errors of the "press-die" system to ensure their efficiency in sheet stamping with eccentric loads on the slider. In the dissertation the well-known designs of compensators of the "press-die" system had analyzed and had systematized, their technological capabilities and principles of operation had defined; theoretical and experimental analyzes of the stress-strain state in the bearing parts of an open-type press with eccentric loads on the slider had carried out; the influence of the eccentricity of the load of the slide on the deformation of the bed and the stress in its dangerous section had established; the classification of existing structures had proposed; the principle of operation of compensators (parallel transfer of the technological force vector) had developed, a typical design of a compensator for eccentric loads had proposed and its performance had tested; the influence of the parameters of the form and the rate of deformation of polyurethane elements on the strength characteristics of their compression had established; the methodology for calculating the proposed elastomeric compensators. The industrial tests had shown an improvement in the quality of stamping. Key words: polyurethane compensator, elastic element, “press-die” system, slider skew, crank press, open press frame, increasing accuracy, increasing resource of guiding elements of the “press-die” system.
