The dissertation is devoted to the complex and systematic analysis of legal regulation of measures of procedural coercion in administrative process. The scientific basis of forming the idea of measures of procedural coercion in the administrative process is considered. Author's theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the issue of legal regulation of coercive measures in the administrative process are formed. The place of measures of procedural coercion in the system of state coercive measures is determined. The content of measures of procedural coercion in the administrative process as an independent type of state coercion is revealed. The classification of measures of procedural coercion in the administrative process is carried out. The grounds and procedure for applying coercive measures in administrative proceedings have been clarified. The legal problems of realization of certain types of procedural coercion in the administrative process are considered. Proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of coercive measures in administrative proceedings in the context of judicial reform have been formulated.
