The thesis research is devoted to the problem of legal regulation of stimulation of judges’ work in the context of reformation of the Ukrainian judicial system. Theoretical generalization and a new scientific task solution, which is to define the nature and features of legal regulation of stimulation of judges’ work in the context of reformation of the Ukrainian judicial system, have been shown in the thesis, as well as to develop relevant offers and recommendations, aimed at improvement of legislation in this area, taking into account positive native and foreign experience.
