The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to a scientific problem - the definition of the essence and features of the legal regulation of the application of disciplinary sanctions to employees of the National Police, as well as the development of proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the norms of current legislation in the relevant field. As a result of the study, a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations were formulated to achieve this goal.
