Demidov V. Legal regulation of moral and material encouragement of court employees

Theoretical generalization and a new scientific task solution, which is to define the content and features of legal regulation of moral and material encouragement of court employees on the basis of analysis of scholars’ scientific views and norms of current legislation, also on this basis to develop proposals and recommendations aimed at the improvement of current legislation norms in the relevant area, are shown in the thesis. The concept of court employees is defined and their classification is carried out. The essence, types and value of incentives for court employees is clarified. The definition of the concept and the peculiarities of material encouragement of court employees are defined. The content, essence and types of moral incentives of court employees are disclosed.
