Essay

The scientific bases of complex forensic methods of investigation of offenses committed in the budget sphere of health care in the new criminal procedural legislation are developed, its place in the system of species (intraspecific) and non-species methods is determined, the structure of forensic characteristics, which includes the following elements: the method of preparation, commission and concealment of crimes (including tools and means); the situation of the commission and the trace picture; information about the perpetrators and the person (persons); subject of criminal encroachment are developed too. The organizational and tactical principles of conducting certain investigative (search) actions in the investigation of offenses committed in the budgetary sphere of health care are determined: inspection of the scene (place of shelter, surveillance of the object before the commission; escape (departure) of criminals from the scene; where the criminals left the tools of the crime); interrogation of eyewitnesses, victim, witnesses, suspect; search; presentation for identification, investigative experiment. The order of carrying out, fixing and using the results of such covert investigative (search) actions in criminal proceedings of the studied category are determined, that are: removal of information from telecommunication networks and establishment of the location of the electronic means; visual observation of a person, thing or place; audio, video control of the person, place; removal of information from electronic information systems; control over the commission of a crime; inspection of publicly inaccessible places, housing or other property of a person.
