In the dissertation by forming generalizations, recommendations and specific scientific theses the explanation of the scientific task concerning definition of theoretical and legal bases and features of ways of public administration of government of judicial power in Ukraine is given. The concept of public administration of the judiciary has been formed. The essence of public administration of e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine is determined. The content of public administration of e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine is revealed. The principles of public administration of e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine are identified and generalized. The administrative and legal status of public administration entities that carry out e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine is revealed. The normative support of public administration of e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine has been clarified. The tools of public administration of e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine are revealed. A comparative characterization of the European experience of public administration of e-government of the judiciary in Ukraine is carried out. The principles, directions and concrete changes and additions to the current legislation on increase of efficiency and convenience of reception by participants of judicial process of administrative and judicial services, increase of transparency and efficiency of activity of domestic courts are formed.
