The dissertation comprehensively analyzes the principles, content, tools and features of medical equipment and medical supplies, establishes the relationship between them, formed proposals and recommendations for regulatory improvement of administrative legislation. The concept and content of public administration of medical equipment and medical supplies in Ukraine are formed. The legal nature of public administration of medical equipment and medical supplies in Ukraine as essential principles of current phenomena on objective public law regulation of socially dangerous for patients and other consumers of medical devices in order to prevent violations of citizens' rights to health care and ensure public interest of society. The principles of public administration of circulation of medical equipment and medical supplies in Ukraine are generalized. Regulatory and legal support for public administration of medical equipment and medical supplies in Ukraine is revealed. It is proposed to use special regulations of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU as norms of direct action. The administrative and legal status of public administration entities in the field of circulation of medical equipment and medical supplies in Ukraine has been clarified. The tools of public administration of circulation of medical equipment and medical goods in Ukraine are revealed. The European experience of public administration of medical equipment and medical supplies has been identified and generalized. Public administration of production and circulation of medical equipment and medical supplies in Ukraine has been improved.
