Essay

Object of research: state regulation of the circular economy. The objective is to scientifically substantiate the theoretical foundations and provide practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of formation and development of the circular economy in Ukraine. Methods: system-analytical; categorical analysis; analysis and comparison of trends; process approach; subject-object. Results: the theoretical substantiations and practical proposals for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of formation and development of the circular economy have been provided. Novelty: a qualitatively new approach to the construction of mechanisms of state regulation of the system of use of the secondary resources has been proposed; the cross-cutting approach to the development of the state strategy for the development of the circular economy in Ukraine as an organic part of the general strategy of environmental policy has been improved; methodical approach to the implementation of the state model of decision-making on product management at the end of its life cycle; theoretical approach to the modernization of the state targeted integrated policy in the field of circular economy development; in the research it was further developed: the content of the implementation of organizational and managerial mechanism of state regulation of the circular economy; features of application of mechanisms of products remanufacturing and reuse; the content and categorical apparatus of the science “Public Administration”. Implemented in the activities of: Kharkiv Regional State Administration, National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities, local authorities and self-government, public organizations.
