Pyliavets M. Training of skilled workers in construction centers in the Federal Republic of Germany

The dissertation describes the peculiarities of training skilled workers in construction centers in Germany and offers guidelines for constructive application in Ukraine of the experience of relevant areas of improvement and reform of the vocational education system in Germany. The legislative basis for the functioning of the German vocational education system is described. In particular, the regulatory framework of Germany, which ensures the functioning, development of vocational education, the appropriate quality of training of skilled workers, sources of funding, etc. is substantiated. The dissertation characterizes the legislative basis for the functioning of vocational (vocational) education in Ukraine and notes some shortcomings in the legal documentation that create obstacles to the development of vocational education at the appropriate level. The system of career guidance work among student youth in Germany, features of the approach to adolescents in choosing a future profession, determining life positions and professional orientation are described. The work of construction centers and the main areas of cooperation with similar institutions of vocational (technical) education of Ukraine are highlighted. The effectiveness of the dual system of education, social partnership and quality career guidance among young people is described.
