The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations for the formation of the tariff for city passenger transportation taking into account the quality of motor transport services. A toolkit for assessing the quality of transport services for passenger transportation and a model for improving the quality of passenger service due to the impact of investing in the trucking company has been developed. A methodical approach to the calculation of economically justified tariffs for passenger transportation taking into account the quality of transport services is proposed.
