Essay

Theoretical generalization was carried out in the dissertation and a new solution of the important scientific task, which consists in the formation of an integral concept of administrative and legal regulation of inclusive education in pre-school education institutions in Ukraine. It has been proved that an important aspect of administrative and legal regulation of the situation in pre-school education institutions is inclusive education, which is the main instrument of including a child with special educational needs and a child with disabilities in different spheres of life of society and the state.
