Bibyk Y. Conceptual bases of pricing reform at road enterprises

In the dissertation work the theoretical consideration is carried out and the author's approach for resolving of science-practical target regarding reforming of pricing at the enterprises of road economy is offered. Methodical provisions for prices monitoring for road construction materials have been formed, taking into account the criteria for selection and calculation of funds to cover risks. Methodological approaches to determining the price of road works under long-term contracts (contracts) for roads maintenance on the principle of ensuring their operational condition and contracts (contracts) under the "design - build", "design - build - operation" schemes have been improved.
