Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific problem related to the need to develop the method for forming a trainee reference model of an intelligent training system by revealing the regularities related to the professional activities of the air traffic controller of airport traffic control tower. The scientific novelty of the dissertation results is following: 1.For the first time, in order to use in the design process of intelligent training systems, a method has been developed for the formation (synthesis) of a trainee reference model for a class of linguistic-algebraic systems, such as continuous-discrete stochastic dynamic control systems with a mixed structure, the main control element in which is a human operator and what are the navigation service systems. 2. For the first time, the regularities of the activity of the air traffic controller of airport traffic control tower in the navigation service and traffic control system at the approach stage have been revealed. 3. On the basis of the revealed regularities, the information flows in the navigation service and traffic control system at the aircraft approach stage were investigated and for the first time a model of information flows at the workplace of the air traffic controller of airport traffic control tower was developed, which describes the circulation of information for each specific technological operation with an extremely high degree of detail. Also, the developed model eflects the means and methods of reproducing or providing information necessary for the operator to make decisions when performing these operations. 4.The method of extracting knowledge of the subject area has been improved through the use of the combined method of timing the human operator activity, which allows obtaining an information array of more accurate time characteristics of technological operations performed at the workplace, as well as identifying afferent and efferent operators of the professional activity of a human operator, the most to carry out structural analysis and synthesis of a dynamic complex system and processes in it.
