Demchyshak R. Information and technical support in the system of forensic registration

In the dissertation the complex analysis of legal, theoretical and applied problems of the theory and practice of information and technical maintenance of forensic registration is carried out. The concepts of "forensic accounting" and "forensic registration" are studied, their author's definitions are offered. The variety of forensic records and methods of forensic registration are analyzed. The historical analysis of forensic registration from the point of view of development of its information and technical maintenance is also carried out. The author's definition of the concept "information and technical support of forensic registration" is offered. The normative-legal regulation and practical significance of information-technical support of forensic registration in general, as well as separate types of forensic records (operative-search and information-reference) are studied. Considerable attention in the dissertation research is paid to foreign experience of information and technical support of forensic registration (on the examples of Interpol and FBI). The possibilities of using biometric data in the framework of information and technical support of forensic registration, as well as the integration of three-dimensional modeling technologies in forensic registration have been studied. Problematic aspects of the use of non-specialized electronic databases (social networks, "cloud" services, etc.) within the information and technical support of forensic registration have been identified.
