The first chapter explores the theoretical foundations of managing economic and ecological safety at enterprises, in particular, the theoretical conceptualization and fundamental foundations of the essence of economic and environmental safety are given, the factors, principles and risks of managing the economic and environmental safety of enterprises are systematized, methodological approaches to assessing the level of management of the economic and environmental safety of enterprises are established.
In the second chapter the research of a condition of management of economic and ecological safety at the enterprises of Ukraine is carried out, in particular, the parametric characteristic of development of the enterprises in the context of economic and ecological safety is resulted, the tools of risk identification for the purposes of management of economic and ecological safety of the enterprises are improved, the complex estimation of a level of management of economic and ecological safety at the enterprises of Ukraine is carried out.
The third chapter presents proposals for improving the management of economic and ecological safety in enterprises, in particular, the substantiation of conceptual bases of formation of system of management of economic and ecological safety at the enterprises of the Cherkassk area is carried out, modeling of parameters of management of economic and ecological safety of the enterprise is carried out, the mechanism of management of economic and ecological safety of the enterprises is developed.
The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and methodical bases and substantiation of applied recommendations concerning improvement the processes of economic and ecological safety management of enterprises. The essence and fundamental foundations of the economic and environmental safety of enterprises are investigated, the concepts are clarified, the factors, principles and
risks of management are systematized, the main approaches to assessing the level of economic and environmental safety of industrial enterprises are analyzed.
Trends in the development of industrial enterprises in the context of economic and environmental safety are analyzed. Identification of risks and determination of their impact on the level of economic and environmental management of enterprises carried out. The methodological approach to assessing the level of management of the economic and ecological safety of enterprises by means of a multilevel assessment has been improved, which implies the positioning of enterprises in terms of environmental impact, the level of economic potential and the state of management.
The conceptual foundations of the formation of a management system for economic and ecological safety at industrial enterprises are outlined. A factor-based modeling of the processes of interrelation between the economic activities of enterprises and their environmental impact on the environment has been carried out. The expediency of developing a strategy of economic and ecological safety has been proved, the mechanism of management of economic and ecological safety has been substantiated by identifying structural elements that, in combination, allow us to resist threats from the external and internal environment.
