The thesis provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in clarifying the nature and features of legal regulation of labor protection of police officers, which allowed to substantiate a number of proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the provisions of general and special labor legislation, the norms of which are aimed at regulating public legal relations arising in the relevant field. The concept, nature and content of labor protection of police officers are determined. The service labor activity of police officers as an object of labor protection is characterized. The principles of labor protection of employees of the National Police are outlined. The characteristic of the legislative regulation of labor protection of employees of the National Police of Ukraine is provided. The subjects of ensuring the labor protection of police officers are established.
