Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of administrative and legal support of agricultural advisory activity in Ukraine. The essence of the concepts «agricultural advisory activity», «agricultural advisory service», «legal status of subjects of agricultural advisory activity» has been investigated. Logically interrelated theoretical and practical conclusions and recommendations on the characteristics and functioning of the subjects of advisory activity have been developed and substantiated, including taking into account the practice and experience of the relevant information and consulting activities both in Ukraine and in other countries.
