The thesis is devoted to scientific research, development and implementation of a system of administrative and legal measures for customs clearance in maritime transport, substantiation of its theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the legal regulation of mechanisms for the supply of components and spare parts for the shipbuilding industry, as well as sales of manufactured products - ships and the provision of services to foreign customers outside the customs territory of Ukraine in the context of global integration when moving across the customs border.
