The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal principles of the interaction between state authorities and civil society institutions in the process of implementing the reforms. The essence and importance of the interaction between state authorities and civil society institutions in the process of implementing the reforms have been characterized; the purpose, objectives and principles of such interaction have been determined. Legal principles of the interaction between state authorities and civil society institutions in the process of implementing the reforms have been analyzed; the place of the norms of administrative legislation among them has been clarified.
